**QUEL SERVICE REJOIGNEZ VOUS?**:
Au sein du service logistique, le magasin prépare les commandes destinées à approvisionner les autres services, clients et entrepreneurs. En tant que superviseur magasin, vous êtes responsable des tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes et assistez le gestionnaire d'entrepôt. Vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la coordination des opérations, la gestion d'équipe et l'optimisation des processus logistiques, contribuant ainsi directement au succès de notre entreprise.
**VOTRE JOB**:
- Vous organisez et planifiez les tâches quotidiennes au sein de l'entrepôt, et serez également amené à apporter votre aide aux magasiniers.
- Vous gérez une équipe en créant une cohésion de groupe et une ambiance de travail propice à la bonne entente.
- Vous collaborez avec le responsable magasin et ses adjoints
- Vous analysez les écarts de stock et optimisez les processus logistique
- Vous organisez les réunions avec vos collaborateurs et participez à des réunions avec d’autres services.
- Vous représentez votre responsable hiérarchique lors de ses absences
- Vous aurez notamment la possibilité d’étudier avec vos collègues la manière d’optimiser la gestion de la logistique.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans en gestion d'équipe
- Vous êtes attentif à la sécurité et avez un sens des responsabilités
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome, positive et organisé.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress, flexible, décisif et pro-actif
- Vous anticipez les problèmes éventuels et êtes efficace sur le plan organisationnel
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de SAP et de la suite Office Microsoft
- Vous êtes bilingue Français/Néerlandais, avec une notion d'Anglais.
- Compétences clés : Resistance au stress, communicatif, responsable, flexible, esprit d’équipe, fiable
