Je taken

Als Strategy Advisor, neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor:

- Het meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe omnikanaalstrategie voor P&V Group, met focus op sales en servicing doorheen de customer journey, die past binnen haar DNA en doelstellingen.
- Het vertalen van de omnikanaalstrategie naar een roadmap om de (digitale) kanalen voor onze klant verder te ontwikkelen, en zorgen voor een gedragen prioritering van initiatieven binnen een bedrijfsbrede governance.
- Het aansturen of ondersteunen van nieuwe initiatieven om onze omnikanaalstrategie te implementeren, zowel in producten als kanalen, digitaal en fysiek, waarbij je instaat voor de strategische invulling, conceptuele uitwerking en (financiële) onderbouwing ervan.
- De definitie van relevante objectieven en key resultaten (OKRs), rapporterings
- en evaluatienoden, zodat we relevant bijdragen aan de ambities van P&V Group.
- Het vertegenwoordigen van de belangen van onze klant en partners in de uitwerking van onze omnikanaalstrategie, in de initiatieven, en in onze werking.
- Opvolging van trends en best practices om onze huidige en toekomstige ambities aan af te toetsen, en onze eigen producten en realisaties benchmarken met de markt.
- Het organiseren van kennismakingen, cases, demo’s, proof-of-concepts en pilots, om het potentieel en de impact van nieuwe partners, technologieën en ideeën af te toetsen.

Je profiel
- Idealiter heb je een 10-tal jaar relevante ervaring in het leiden van multidisciplinaire initiatieven, waarbij je aantoonbare ervaring hebt opgedaan in strategische projecten, stakeholder en change management.
- Je bent ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief bij het formuleren, uitwerken en implementeren van een visie en nieuwe phygital strategieën.
- Je weet waarover je spreekt als het gaat over het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van customer journeys, het organiseren en faciliteren van workshops, het leiden van value proposition projecten, en het creëren en uitrollen van nieuwe methodologieën & processen.
- Je houdt ervan om relevant bij te dragen en impact te hebben, om mee een verhaal te schrijven en aan de kar te trekken om zaken te realiseren, dingen in beweging te brengen terwijl je op een respectvolle en constructieve manier blijft communiceren met verschillende niveaus.
- Je combineert strategisch inzicht en methodologische expertise, met een pragmatische aanpak en sterk analytisch inzicht.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Frans of omgekeerd. Uiteraard kan je je ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels.

- Werken kan vanuit onze kantoren in Antwerpen, in combinatie met thuiswerken en aanwezigheid in Brussel.
