**Omschrijving**:
Als Procesingenieur NPI speel je een cruciale rol bij het introduceren van nieuwe producten en processen binnen de Formulatie afdeling. Je ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie stelt je in staat om effectief te opereren in deze dynamische omgeving.

Verder sta je in voor:

- Bied operationele ondersteuning door doelgericht proces
- en apparatuurproblemen aan te pakken.
- Initieer procesverbeteringen met als doel capaciteitsverhoging en verminderde storingen te realiseren.
- Stel prioriteiten, stel planningen op en coördineer effectief.
- Werk samen aan de ontwikkeling van efficiënte processen die naadloos in de Formulatie afdeling passen.
- Deel je diepgaande wetenschappelijke en technische kennis, inclusief productietechnologieën, kwaliteitseisen, veiligheid en milieuaspecten.
- Train en coach operators binnen de formulatieafdeling om hun potentieel te maximaliseren.
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud technische en farmaceutische procedures en werkinstructies.
- Draag verantwoordelijkheid bij de selectie, aankoop, opstart en validatie van nieuwe apparatuur.
- Neem deel aan projectmanagementactiviteiten, waaronder communicatie, resourceplanning, budgetplanning, faciliteitsplanning, front-end engineering, uitvoering en evaluatie.
- Creëer en beheer validatiedocumenten, testmethoden en apparatuurkwalificatie om procesintegriteit te waarborgen.

**Profiel**

Vereiste ervaring en vaardigheden:

- Goede plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden om het werk soepel te coördineren.
- Vloeiende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een talent voor probleemoplossing.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Voorkeur:

- Masterdiploma in bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, industrieel ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur of farmaceutische wetenschappen.
