Kpot is een grafische studio, met kantoor nabij het station van Leuven. We zijn een team van 9, dat zijn onze trots haalt uit onze grafische stempel die we, zonder uitzondering, achterlaten op ons werk. Klanten komen elk met een eigen verhaal waar wij onszelf telkens weer volledig in onderdompelen. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat we onze klanten écht verder helpen. En daar worden wij dan weer gelukkig van.
Als project manager neem je de leiding over enkele projecten. Deze begeleid je van A tot Z. Je zorgt voor een onbezorgde ervaring voor jouw klanten. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt en de schakel tussen klant, leveranciers en designers. Je werkt nauw samen met alle leden van het team om brengt elk project samen tot een mooi einde. Je bewaakt hierbij de wensen van de klant, timing, budget en planning.
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega met voldoende verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Vlot kunnen meepraten over.pdf’s, huisstijlen en webdesign is een groot pluspunt. Een aangenaam karakter een groter. Je maakt makkelijk contact met nieuwe klanten en bouwt moeiteloos een vertrouwensband met hen op.
**Vaardigheden en ervaring**:
- Liefst ervaring als project of account manager in de grafische/communicatie sector
- Je kan een goed overzicht bewaren over meerdere lopende projecten
- klantvriendelijk en geduldig.
- Je kan goed communiceren met elk type mens. Je voelt bij elke klant snel aan welke soort begeleiding zij nodig hebben en past je aan.
- Je leert graag nieuwe mensen kennen en luistert aandachtig naar hun verhaal. Je helpt hen hun doelstellingen bereiken en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, analytisch en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je kan goed prioriteren en laat je niet leiden door de waan van de dag.
- Je begeleidt meetings, filtert hieruit de juiste input en kan overtuigen.
- Je wilt ons bedrijf mee helpen groeien door kritisch te zijn en processen te verbeteren.
- Een rijbewijs is een pluspunt.
