Since 1925 DANDOY provides transport and logistic services across Europe. The company is specialized in transports from Benelux to France and Italy, from one pallet shipment to a full load truck, chemical and dangerous goods as well as conventional goods.
With its own warehouses and vehicles, the company has a strong asset to provide an excellent quality and control of all operations.

As invoicing officer, you will be responsible for the invoicing process of all executed transport missions.
You are in contact with all internal department to collect and prepare the invoicing. You are part of the customer service team and report to the financial manager.

You are responsible for:
Daily handling of invoicing process
Communication with customers for pre-invoicing
Monitoring of pricing conditions for key accounts
Handle requests for credit notes
Various administrative tasks

Your profile:
You have a relevant experience in transport customer service or accounting
You have good communication skills and are used to work with figures
You are a real team player, able to share problems and advice.
You are multilingual: French, Dutch and English.
You are hands-on and like variety in your work.
