**De functie**:
Au sein de notre équipe « IT, Digital and Operations » vous serez LA personne qui maîtrise le développement en matière de digitalisation de nos processus métier et notamment des Web API.
A côté de cela, vous serez en charge de la gestion, de l’importation, et du traitement des données entre nos systèmes de gestion, tout en garantissant leur sécurité.
Dans ce cadre, vos personnes de contact sont tant les fournisseurs que vos clients internes : les utilisateurs de notre client.
Vos tâches principales:
- Vous développerez et administrer des Web API
- Data Warehouse : Vous assurez la gestion des données, les importer/exporter d’un environnement à un autre.
- Vous traiterez les problèmes de notre CRM (Efficy, Cuberdon, ) en seconde ligne.
- Vous serez quotidiennement en contact avec les fournisseurs sur le plan technique
- Vous serez amené à réaliser du conseil architecturale et technique.
- Vous analyserez les demandes et problèmes des utilisateurs internes
**Het profiel**:
- Vous avez un Bachelier/Master en informatique ou vous êtes ingénieur en informatique.
- Vous avez minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous avez des connaissances spécifiques dans les technologies/outils suivants:
Azure, SQL Server et C#.
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans le développement de Web API
- Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et disposez d’une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais. L’idéal serait que vous parliez un minimum le néerlandais.
- Vous êtes autonome et aimer travailler en équipe.
- Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et de communication.
- Vous êtes satisfait de pouvoir aider à résoudre toutes sortes de problèmes informatiques.
- Vous êtes passionnés par les nouvelles technologies
- Vous êtes orienté solutions et résultats
- Une expérience dans le secteur des assurances (plus spécifiquement le courtage) ou dans une banque sont des atouts non négligeables
- Une connaissance de nos softwares principaux c.à-d. EFFICY et BRIO (PORTIMA) sont également des atouts non négligeables
