**Wie is o2o?**
o2o is een SaaS scale-up opgericht in 2016 in Gent door drie gepassioneerde fietsers: Wim, Koen en Tom, gedreven om fietsen toegankelijker te maken als duurzame oplossing in het moderne mobiliteitslandschap. **Jouw rol als IT Quality Assurance en Support Ninja**
- Voor nieuwe features begeleid je de analyse, en stel je testcases op.
- Je voert de acceptatie tests uit en rapporteert helder aan het dev team.
- Na elke release schrijf je een release rapport en hou je onze documentatie up-to-date, zodat alle gebruikers de nieuwe features in detail kunnen leren kennen en gebruiken.
- Je verwerft en onderhoudt een zeer brede kijk op all onze software tools.
- Binnenkomende tickets volg je methodisch en minutieus op, waarna je eerstelijnssupport geeft en delegeert naar het dev team waar nodig.
- Je bekijkt waar er systematische problemen opduiken, rapporteert die naar het dev team en je past je test strategie daarop aan.
Voor bonuspunten:
- Je volgt de technologische evoluties binnen jouw domein.
**Een winnend algoritme?**
- Door jouw testwerk sta je mee in voor de kwaliteit van onze software - en daar word je warm van
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring met gestructureerd testen, testtechnieken en testmethodologieën. Je hebt een brede technische kennis, waardoor je testwerk vanuit vele standpunten kan bekijken.
- Je hebt goeie communicatieve vaardigheden, zoals luisteren, faciliteren en onderhandelen, om met iedereen conversaties in het bedrijf aan te gaan op een niet-technische manier.
- Om met jouw collega's te kunnen communiceren, moet je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend beheersen.
- Last but not least, je kijkt er naar uit om in een jonge omgeving met veel vrijheden zelf verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen.
