**The Challenge**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, customers-centric and organized **Product Manager with a strong interest in technologies to help us scale our product and company.**

Urbantz is built around autonomous and empowered product teams. We are looking for a **Product Manager for the “Recipient Portal & Control Plane” team**. Their mission is to **help retailers and logistic service providers to (1) extend their brand until the last mile by offering a unified and delightful experience across carriers and (2) configure our solution to fit their internal processes from onboarding to growth.**

**The Day-to-Day**:

- Lead an empowered Product team, working closely with engineers and designers, to serve our customers in ways that work for the business
- Work daily in an iterative way with a remote engineering team and the Engineering Manager
- Work with the Head of Product, define your product team's priorities and roadmap
- Help define and communicate the long-term vision and shorter-term roadmap
- Research to understand the customer's needs, market trends and competition to drive innovation and turn ideas into tangible features
- Prioritise work and make decisions based on the data and information you have synthesised
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment during the implementation of new features and improvements

**The Must Haves**:

- **3-5 years** experience as Product Manager
- Passion about **building scalable IT products**:

- Strong organizational skills
- ** Analytical mindset** to take data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative attitude with stakeholders at all levels both remotely and in person
- ** Translate user needs and pain points into something tangible that people love**:

- ** A bias for action**:

- You are available to work in our time zone GMT+1 and to travel from time to time in Europe when it's safe.

**The Great to Haves**:

- Experience in logistics industry or last mile delivery
- Experience in creating alerting mechanisms and related dashboards
- Proven experience with analytics tools
- Other European language(s)
