FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING
Jouw job bestaat erin om bedrijven te ondersteunen bij het implementeren en onderhouden van managementsystemen op vlak van o.a. kwaliteit en veiligheid - of ben je helemaal klaar deze passie te ontdekken? Ga dan aan de slag als (junior) Safety/Quality consultant and join our team
- Bedrijven begeleiden bij het implementeren van managementsystemen op vlak van kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Je bent het Phronesys aanspreekpunt voor SHEQ. Je zal ook ondersteunen tijdens veiligheids en kwaliteitsaudits.
- Ondersteunen en begeleiden tijdens externe audits
- Uitwerken, documenteren en actualiseren van risicoanalyses, procedures, werkinstructies,...
- Advies geven over de toepassing van de norm en personeel sensibiliseren inzake o.a. veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Samenwerken met andere collega's om onze diensten iedere dag te optimaliseren.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een hoger diploma (bachelor of master) in veiligheid, wetenschappen, of een andere technische richting. Interesse en affiniteit voor chemie, milieu, veiligheid en/of microbiologie zijn zeker een pluspunt
- Je hebt een diploma Preventieadviseur 1 of 2 of bent bereid deze te halen.
- Je beschikt en/of hebt interesse in minstens 1 van de SHEQ beleidsterreinen (kwaliteit, veiligheid, (milieu) en eventuele certificering (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, ISO 450001...).
- Omgaan met cijfers en mensen ligt je volledig. Je weet complexe data te vertalen naar concrete inzichten en actiepunten, en kan deze daarna ook duidelijk overbrengen.
- Je communiceert probleemloos in het Nederlands met je collega's. Beschik je daarnaast ook over andere taalknobbels (Engels, Frans, Duits, Spaans...), dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...) kent geen geheimen voor jou. Je bent ook snel weg met andere software (zoals hopelijk het onze).
- Woorden schieten je niet te kort als je iets moet uitleggen en je hebt enige ervaring met coaching. Verder beschik je ook over een groot analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent niet bang om te breken met de 9-to-5-mentaliteit van een normale werkdag.
