Als Cost Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van bedrijfsresultaten en het toepassen van kostprijsberekeningsmodellen om nauwkeurige financiële waarderingen te creëren. Leid ons financiële team naar succes in deze boeiende rol

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Aansturen van twee medewerkers en leiden van communicatie met ons shared service center.
- Zorgen voor teamprestaties en het halen van deadlines, inclusief evaluaties van jouw medewerkers.
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor voorraadwaardering en samenwerking met de purchasing manager.
- Onderhouden van contacten met productie
- en logistieke managers.
- Waarderingen van investeringen uitvoeren volgens bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
- Maandelijkse budgetopvolging van operationele kosten en afwijkingen bespreken met budgeteigenaars.
- Ondersteunen van de controller bij forecasting en jaarlijks operationeel plan (AOP).
- Jaarlijkse herziening van standaardkosten en prijsstrategie bepalen.
- Analyseren van productmarges, productiviteit berekenen en kostprijsmodellen beheren.
- Voorbereiden van externe audits en fungeren als contactpunt voor auditeurs.

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Bachelor of Master in TEW/Accounting/.
- 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in vergelijkbare rol binnen productie.
- Leidinggevende ervaring of sterke competenties/soft skills voor leiderschap.
- Uitstekende communicatie en aanpassingsvermogen aan verschillende contexten.
- Proactieve, no-nonsense houding.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Comfortabel in een productieomgeving.
