**Jobbeschrijving**:
- Je analyseert en registreert op een snelle en kwalitatieve manier alle klantenaanvragen nauwkeurig met behulp van een ticketingsysteem.
- Eenvoudige vragen los je direct op door de klant advies te geven of de systeemconfiguratie aan te passen. In geval van complexere aanvragen, stuur je deze naar de collega’s van tweede
- en derdelijns support.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de serviceniveaus die met onze klanten zijn overeengekomen, worden gehaald (respecteren van de SLA).
- Je komt terecht in een hecht team dat je graag verder helpt bij vragen en problemen.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een **eerste ervaring** in een klantgerichte functie.
- Je bent goed **tweetalig** (Nederlands/Frans). Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig. Door aandachtig te luisteren kan je de problemen verifiëren, correct registreren en oplossingen aanreiken.
- Je bent service-minded en klantgericht, je stelt alles in het werk voor een grote **klantentevredenheid **en je haalt hier energie uit.
- Je bent in staat om je eigen werk goed te **organiseren** en de **juiste prioriteiten** te stellen.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent nauwkeurig in de verwerking van dossiers.
- Je bent sociaalvaardig, werkt graag in teamverband, je bent discreet en professioneel.
