The Engagement officer is responsible for communicating the CX Vision, VOC targets and results and the progress of CX across the business. Through a consistent and constant campaign targeted at all Destinians (employees, team leads and management) the CX program is kept alive throughout Destiny.

Although the Engagement officer is part of the CX team on group level (and will report directly to the CX Director), he/she will work with the local HR and/or marketing teams in the different countries to support and facilitate the cultural transition of Destiny to a customer centric company.

Typical engagement tactics will be:

- Supporting existing coaching programs with CX insights and strategic guidance
- Creating a CX Awards program where best-in-CX employees are rewarded for their customer centric work.
- Aligning the CX engagement campaigns to the brand and cultural values (in close collaboration with the CMO)
- Kicking off and managing the CX Ambassador program ensuring that it contributes to spreading the CX Vision across the company.
- Supporting the CX Director with presentations to management and external parties.

**What will you do?**:

- You will be an **internal communicator about our CX Vision and the CX program plans** and progress using all sorts of local channels: Intranet, newsletters,You will also provide the necessary collaterals.
- You will set up a **campaign plan with quarterly stunts** to keep the CX program and the Destiny brand values alive across the business.
- You will make sure that the different countries (Managing Directors, CX Managers, Department managers) and your own team members (VOC manager and CX Director) can **count on you for good and well-informed presentations** or presenters on CX.
- You will **organize and maintain an active CX Ambassador program** with an annual Ideation day.
- You will assure that **CX Is incorporated in all new staff onboarding processes** of the different countries.
- On request, you will **help HR managers and Marketing Managers** of the local countries on how to incorporate the Destiny brand and CX culture in the day2day operations (like symbolically bringing the customer into meeting rooms, creative quotes, workshops, training programs ).
- You **collect listings of inspirational speakers and companies on CX** from outside Destiny.
- You will search for international (or local, depending on the type of project) suppliers and agencies that can help you out with requests.
- You will work out an entire CX engagement program across the Destiny group (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Sweden) within a predefined budget.

**What do you need?**:

- You are a firecracker personality, sparking enthusiasm everywhere you go with your style, creativity, guts and flair. You are happiest when you share a good vibe (and secretly proud that you ignited it).
- You have a **back-ground In marketing, advertising, PR and/or internal communications**. A marketing or communication degree will be necessary.
- You are a **born communicator and multi-tasker**. You are not afraid to give presentations, motivate people and organize extraordinary things.
- You can work out **concepts**, but are able to translate them into **practical** ways to work with. While doing this, you never lose sight of the bigger picture, meaning the CX Vision and the brand values of Destiny.
- You have **experience in working with virtual teams** (as you will be communicating with different countries).
- You like to **plan, organize, facilitate** and coordinate events, workshops, trainings,
- You are extremely creative and **think out-of-the box**. You have a feeling for design and can easily make vivid presentations.
- You are inspired by where the company is heading so that your engagement work always stays **relevant **to the business agenda.
- You can **work independently, but are a team player**. This is also necessary since you will be the contact person to guide team building sessions and motivational sessions. You can build relationships in a professional and cooperative way.
