**Wat ga je doen?**:
**The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating and occasionally advertising qualitative & relevant content to publish on the company’s Social networks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of Social & brand initiatives. You will be responsible for**:

- Creating & maintaining an up-to-date content calendar the year throughout.
- Executing all the activities from the calendar while respecting deadlines.
- Working within the Social platforms’ Business Manager environment to plan & run advertising campaigns on a selection of content creations with the allocated media budget.
- Aligning with team members in order to keep the content planning & creation workflow efficient and ultimately to reach the team’s KPI's
- Collaborating with other marketing specialists to align on the commercial campaign calendar & to further translate each campaign’s message to adapted formats for the company’s Social networks and its audience.
- Being a project owner for online Brand activations & align with all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration with the Category Marketing team on industry partners activities to publish on the company’s Owned Social networks.
- Regularly analyze performances to reach relevant target audiences.
- Using data-driven insights to monitor, propose and implement improvements to creations or ad setup.
- Identify chances to create cross-country content to use efficiently on all Benelux Social channels.

**Wie ben jij?**:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, content marketing, social marketing or communications or similar working experience

You are;
- Open-minded, solutions-oriented
- Can be both a team player & an efficient independent worker.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with good project management skills
- Analytical and curious about process optimizations
- Proficient in Dutch & French (English is a plus)
- Meta Business Suite (incl. Ads Manager is a plus)
- TikTok platform environment (incl. Ads Manager is a plus)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro) experience is a plus
- Good presentation skills (for video activities)
- Basic copywriting
- Interest in consumer tech
