**Vos responsabilités**:
En tant que Digital Campaign Specialist, vous êtes responsable de l’exécution créative et opérationnelle des campagnes qui vous sont confiées. Il s'agit aussi bien de campagnes de marketing ponctuelles que de campagnes digitales. Vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec l'agence de communication et de publicité et recevez un soutien opérationnel de la part du Team Assistant.

Vous êtes responsable du volet créatif des campagnes par le biais d'un plan média bien pensé ; vous mettez tout en œuvre pour que les campagnes aient un impact sur le terrain. Vous contribuez également à faire de l’enseigne une marque unique qui se distingue de la concurrence sur le marché belge & luxembourgeois. Vous rapportez au Campaign Team Manager.
- Vous travaillez avec l'agence de création pour créer le mix média optimal en fonction des objectifs de chaque campagne.
- En collaboration avec le Media Manager, vous informez l'agence de communication des projets (digitaux) et la mettez à contribution.
- Vous fixez des objectifs et des KPI pour ces campagnes digitales.
- Vous supervisez le plan média de vos campagnes, conformément au plan commercial.
- Vous veillez à ce que la communication envers les consommateurs soit cohérente et structurée.
- Vous travaillez avec votre manager & l’agence de communication pour déterminer le meilleur mix média pour chaque campagne, en fonction des objectifs fixés dans le briefing créatif.
- Par les choix que vous faites, vous montrez que vous encouragez le changement et l'innovation.
- Vous assurez le suivi des évaluations média de vos campagnes.
- Vous vous tenez au courant des développements (digitaux) pertinents et échangez des connaissances avec votre équipe pour rester au fait des tendances et des développements et en tenir compte dans votre approche.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine du marketing et des médias digitaux.
- Vous êtes bien organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités sous la pression.
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un véritable esprit d’équipe car vous menez chaque campagne avec une équipe différente. Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement. Vous ne craignez pas que les plans puissent changer à la dernière minute.
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités communicationnelles.
- Vous parlez le français et avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
