De uitdaging van NMBS bestaat erin om op korte termijn uit te groeien tot een modern en performant bedrijf dat 'goesting' geeft aan haar klanten en medewerkers, en dat binnen een ondernemingscultuur die gebaseerd is op professionalisme, respect, ondernemerschap en samenwerking.- Om dit doel te bereiken investeert NMBS in een groot aantal domeinen, waaronder stations, werkplaatsen, rollend materieel, digitalisering enz.- Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial expert om ons Financial Reporting & Tools-team binnen de directie Finance van NMBS te versterken. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bijwerken van de investeringsbudgetten en het voorbereiden van reportings voor de bestuursorganen en de Voogdij.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Financial Expert heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je coördineert het opstellen en staat in voor het in evenwicht brengen, presenteren en controleren van de budgetten en investeringsplannen. Je stelt duidelijke en overzichtelijke documenten op voor de bestuursorganen van de onderneming, maar ook voor de FOD Mobiliteit en Vervoer en de Voogdijoverheid.
- Je begeleidt de projectleiders bij het uitwerken van de officiële rapporten waarin een stand van zaken wordt gegeven van de investeringen. In dat kader onderhoud je nauwe en constructieve contacten met zowel de projectleiders als de FOD.
- Je werkt officiële rapporten uit over de aanwending van de overheidsmiddelen die ter beschikking worden gesteld van NMBS om haar investeringen te realiseren.
- Je bent betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van IT-applicaties die door de directie en het management worden gebruikt om het investeringsbudget voor te bereiden en te bewaken (SAP, BI, Power BI). Je controleert hun correcte werking en neemt corrigerende maatregelen waar nodig. Je introduceert de nieuwe tools en promoot ze bij de verschillende directies van de onderneming.

- EN- je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring binnen een economisch of financieel domein

EN je beschikt over de volgende competenties:
- Je werkt erg nauwkeurig en precies, dat is je grootste troef.
- Je hebt een perfect kennis van het Nederlands, en je begrijpt vlot de tweede landstaal.
- Je hebt een analytische geest.
- Je hebt een gevorderde kennis van de Office-tools, voornamelijk Excel (programmeervaardigheden zijn een pluspunt).
- Kennis van SAP (de basistool voor de uitvoering van de opdrachten van deze functie) en kennis van BI en Power BI zijn eveneens een meerwaarde.
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent bereid om initiatief te nemen.
- Je handelt proactief, je bent resultaatgericht en je kan zowel alleen als in team werken.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen, maar je bent ook sterk met cijfers.
- Je bent flexibel en kan je aanpassen aan verschillende projecten (elaborer un budget, reporting)
