**Customer Service & Planning Representative**. Kom jij dit team versterken?
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **maximaliseren** van **klanttevredenheid** in overeenstemming met de contractuele afspraken door zich te richten op de **coördinatie** en **administratie** van het orderproces.
- Je draagt zorg voor de **follow-up **van alle aspecten met betrekking tot de afhandeling van door klanten geplaatste orders.
- Je stemt af met **interne stakeholders**, zoals operationele teamleaders en managers, en** externe stakeholders**, om zo de best mogelijke klantenservice te bieden.
- Je **informeert** de **klant** ten allen tijden over de voortgang van de dienstverlening.
- Je verzorgt de **financiële afwikkeling** van jouw dossiers.
- Je behandelt **klachten**, van registratie tot oplossing van het probleem.
- Je neemt deel aan initiatieven voor **continuous improvement**.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je hebt een **bachelordiploma** in een logistieke richting of bent gelijkwaardig door **ervaring**.
- Je hebt minstens **1 jaar ervaring** in een customer service rol of een logistiek-administratieve functie.
- Je hebt een gedegen inzicht in de basis van **logistieke** / **warehouse** **processen** zoals inbound, outbound, voorraad etc.
- Je bent een geboren **communicator**, naar klanten, externe partners en leveranciers toe.
- Je bent **IT-vaardig** en beschikt over een grondige kennis van Excel.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands** en **Engels**, elke andere taal is een pluspunt.
