In jouw takenpakket komen volgende verantwoordelijkheden aan bod:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **beheren** van de relaties in jouw klantenportefeuille. Je bent een van de belangrijkste contactpersonen voor hen: je zorgt voor de **verwerking** van orders, offertes en contracten, **luistert en informeert**, **coördineert** hun verzoeken en **behandelt** hun klachten zorgvuldig.
- Je bent **pro-actief** en gaat ook **administratief** nauwkeurig te werk. Jouw **aandacht voor detail** zorgt ervoor dat dossiers op tijd én foutloos worden verwerkt en je hebt ten allen tijde een team waarop je kan rekenen
- Je **ondersteunt** de verkooporganisatie in hun strategie en lopende projecten. Je **werkt samen** met andere departementen van het bedrijf en **communiceert** het werkverloop vlot.
**Profiel**
Denk jij de geschikte Customer Care Specialist te zijn? Dan vink jij zeker en vast volgende puntjes af:
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen een klantgerichte functie.
- Je hebt een **hands-on mentaliteit**, bent **flexibel** en kan overweg met het halen van **deadlines**. Verder werk je graag in **individueel** en in **teamverband**.
- Verder is het belangrijk dat je je vlot kan uitdrukken in het **Nederlands **en het** Engels **en je een goede tot uitstekende kennis bezit van het **Frans**.
- Je bent vaardig met het **Microsoft Office-pakket **en bezit een goede kennis van **SAP**, waarmee je detailgericht en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
