- You analyse and develop the current compensation policies aligned with short and long term business goals.
- You provide expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to manage teams.
- You build and maintain job evaluations, structures and surveys to ensure a competitive employee compensation.
- You guide the business through the policies, practices and guidelines regarding compensation & benefits.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest market and regulatory trends or changes.
- You plan and manage projects according to the objectives, schedules and budgets.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a profound experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- You can easily communicate with different stakeholders in an international environment.
- You know your way in IT to report on trends and data.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
