Looking for a challenging role? Napoleon is looking for a **Responsible Gaming Analyst (RG Analyst)**

**Main Purpose**

As an RG Analyst you’ll ensure the responsible and safe use of our online gaming platform and prevent problem gambling behavior. This involves monitoring player behavior, analyzing data, and informing customers about responsible gaming tools, such as setting deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and promoting overall awareness of problem gambling.

**Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Reviewing Responsible Gaming alerts, taking actions and making escalations in accordance with our internal procedures.
- Ensuring that all actions are documented for reporting and audit requirements.
- Contacting customers to ensure that they are comfortable with their playing behavior.
- Working closely with Risk & Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service and our commercial teams.
- Reporting to the Responsible Gaming Manager.

**Core competencies for the role**
- Excellent communication skills in **Dutch **both written and oral. Good knowledge of **French and English **is considered to be a strong plus.
- Having attention to detail with ability to thoroughly investigate customer accounts.
- Ability to pick up detailed nuance in written and verbal communication.
