THE COMPANY

Full Circle is a unique Brussels club bringing the best of innovative, inspiring and challenging ideas, thinkers and doers, to meet key figures in Brussels based (Belgian and international) decision making.

We invite speakers from around the world to come and present their ideas to different audiences throughout year. We host around 25 speakers and curate about 200 events a year (including music, art, theatre and purely social events).

All our activities are custom designed to achieve the most interesting and productive outcomes. Our members are the most dynamic, forward thinking and progressive minded tier of the international community.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an inventive social media enthusiast to join our team to support our digital communications activities. We are looking for a commitment of at least 6 months, and up to 12 months with flexible working hours.
- Coordinate digital campaigns for each event (newsletters, social media, relay platforms)
- Coordinate digital content production and planning (content research, editorial calendar, scheduling, posting)
- Coordinate the brand and membership campaigns (printing and distribution planning, newsletters, social media)
- Produce analytics reports for each campaign
- Produce and update digital and print materials (digital visuals, flyers, posters, season programmes, brochures )
- Manage our different platforms (website, member platform, event registration platform )

REQUIRED PROFILE

In general we are looking for people with ideas, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the following skills
- Skills and interest in digital marketing and communication
- Interest in challenging assignments and capacity to handle several projects at a time
- Good command of English and a good knowledge of French or Dutch
- Familiar with the Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Familiar (or willing to learn) Wild Apricot CMS
- Skills in video editing are appreciated though not compulsory
- Well organised, detail-oriented and database savvy
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
