Food Technologist Trainee

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) diplômé(e) intéressé(e) par un _traineeship_ de 2 ans dans le domaine de la technologie alimentaire.
**Votre fonction**:
En tant que _Trainee_, vous aurez 3 missions:
- **Mission #1**: Vous développerez des connaissances sur nos activités, nos produits et nos processus industriels par le biais de formations (formelles/sur le terrain) et de collaborations sur des études de cas liées à l'alimentation telles que le NPD, la production, la technologie, la qualité ou l'excellence opérationnelle. Ceci dans un contexte international, en travaillant sur des missions liées à la boulangerie.
- **Mission #2**: Vous travaillerez sur des projets, afin de développer des compétences efficaces en matière de gestion de projet, d’adaptabilité, de sensibilité culturelle et de collaboration. De plus, cela développera également vos compétences en matière de communication et de formation.
- **Mission #3** : Vous jouerez un rôle dans des projets plus importants, tout en soutenant l’entreprise. Vous travaillerez de manière hybride: depuis chez vous, à l'étranger ou en déplacement sur les sites de production. Votre base est notre site de production à Barchon. Au cours de ces projets, vous travaillerez également dans nos centres de compétences, répartis dans toute l’Europe.
À la fin de votre stage, vous aurez l'opportunité d'assumer un rôle permanent, correspondant au niveau d'expertise et de connaissances que vous avez acquises pendant votre stage.
**Votre profil**:
- Une maîtrise ou un baccalauréat dans un domaine lié à l’alimentation (par exemple, bio et/ou technologie alimentaire)
- Jusqu'à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle
- Passion pour l'industrie alimentaire, en particulier pour les produits de boulangerie
- Une de première expérience dans le domaine (thèse, stage) est un atout
- Attitude ouverte et volonté d'apprendre dans une culture de rétroaction ouverte
- Pratique, pragmatique et esprit d'entreprise, prêt à prendre les choses en main
- Bonnes capacités cognitives (capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision)
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit)
- Volonté de travailler dans un contexte international (environ 2 fois par mois en Europe)
