En tant qu’**analyste fonctionnel**, vous prenez en charge la **conception** de nos solutions informatiques **(administration patients, tarification, facturation) **en transformant les besoins des utilisateurs en spécifications fonctionnelles:
- Vous aidez les parties prenantes à spécifier les exigences en comprenant et en challengeant réellement leurs besoins et leurs problèmes afin de les traduire en une conception de solution robuste.
- Vous recherchez la meilleure solution aux exigences en tenant compte des capacités du logiciel, des normes imposées et des contraintes du projet.
- Vous collaborez avec l'équipe pour élaborer des prototypes.
- Vous testez et défendez votre proposition auprès des parties prenantes.
- Vous fournissez une analyse fonctionnelle claire et détaillée de bout en bout de la solution, pour les équipes de développement et les testeurs.
- Vous expliquez la solution à l'équipe de développement et l'assistez tout au long du cycle de développement.
- Vous rendez compte de l'état d'avancement de votre travail à l'équipe projet et identifiez les risques potentiels.
- Vous travaillez à** Oostkamp ou Malines dans un environnement principalement néerlandophone**.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou d'un bachelier à orientation IT.
- ** Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel.**:
- Vous avez une expérience approfondie de l'analyse dans un environnement informatique complexe et êtes capable de prendre en charge des analyses intégrant de nombreux modules et services interdépendant, de nombreuses interfaces de communication, des Webservices,.
- Vous avez une bonne expérience en informatique (gestion de données, techniques de programmation, technologies internet,...).
- Vous avez une solide connaissance des outils et méthodologies d'analyse (UML, rédaction de uses cases détaillés, modélisation conceptuelle et logique,).
- La connaissance des principes et méthodologies de développement agile (Scrum) est un plus.
- Vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes communicatives et relationnelles.
- Vous êtes doté d’un fort esprit d'initiative et d'analyse.
- Vous êtes assertif, orienté client et solution.
- L’expérience utilisateur est au cœur de vos préoccupations.
- Vous êtes optimiste, organisé, structuré et méthodique.
