As part of our continuous development, we are currently looking for a Private Equity Intern to join our Private Equity team in Brussels. The Private Equity Intern will work on a variety of assignments, with both technical and commercial aspects.
We are looking for an intern to join the team as of March 2023, for a period of 4 to 6 months.
**Your Position**:
You will be responsible for:
- Analysis and benchmarking of PE funds, active in a number of core PE strategies such as buyout, co-investment and secundaries;
- Support the PE team on all aspects related to the origination and execution of daily operations (including draft of quarterly reporting, follow up on capital calls, distributions, calculation of the NAV );
- Contributions to a PE platform focused on fundraising activity and performance, using in-house research, market information and external data providers;
- Creation and update of commercial presentations on PE for internal and external purposes.
**Your Profile**:
- You have an excellent academic background (currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in business engineering, (applied) economics or any other relevant field);
- Flexible, proactive, with strong analytical and numerical skills;
- You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- You enjoy working in a team setting;
- You are rigorous, committed to excellence and willing to maintain high professional standards;
- Strong capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch is an advantage).
