Als Customer Service Executive ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt in het bedrijf voor de klant. Je beheert het communicatie
- en informatiekanaal, voor de klant toe evenals voor de interne diensten naar de klant toe. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve doorstroming van informatie inzake uitvoering van operationele en commerciële samenwerking met de klant. Je bent alert voor commerciële uitdagingen. Je coördineert en voert ontvangen expeditie-rapporten uit.
**Taken**
- Je onderhoudt actief mondeling en schriftelijk contacten met de bestaande klanten.
- Je onderhoudt actief contact met de interne diensten en de buitenlandse vestigingen.
- Je behandelt alle dossiers, inclusief klachten-en schadedossiers.
- Je volgt aankomst van schepen, containers of andere op en rapporteert hierover.
- Je rapporteert over de uitlossing.
- Je ontvangt en verwerkt inkomende orders.
- Je stelt de nodige douaneformaliteiten op en geeft deze door aan de declaratieafdeling.
- Je informeert de klant over het verloop van de zending.
- Je volgt closings/sailings van containerdossiers op, zodat deze dossiers geen kosten (DEM/DET/STOR) oplopen.
- Je zorgt voor de facturatie van het dossier.
- Je verzorgt de volledige administratieve afhandeling van het dossier.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je hebt minimum een bachelor opleiding, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van de logistieke sector vanuit opleiding en/of ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van zee-, weg
- of spoorvrachtreglementering.
- Kennis van douane-reglementering is een plus.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands (spreken, lezen, schrijven, begrijpen) en hebt een vrij goede kennis van het Frans - Engels - Duits.
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Je bent een teamplayer.
- Je draagt service hoog in het vaandel en beschikt over commerciële flair.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht.
- Je neemt initiatief.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
