Medtronic is developing its activities in the Coronary, Renal Denervation and Peripheral field. It aims at becoming the Medical Technology leader across the full Cardiovascular treatment. This role carries responsibilities across the entire CRDNPV portfolio.

**A Day in the Life**

The **Sales Representative Belgium Coronary and Renal Denervation** is crucial to ensure excellent sales / clinical support and education to the customers to safely develop these therapies and help meet or exceed the sales targets while enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and prioritizing sales.
- Selling and supporting the Health care professionals in the O.R., Cath Lab, etc.
- Hands-on support to the Field Sales team and health care professionals on request, on site and online.
- Participates in the development of employee and customer training/education programs.
- Technical support to HCPs during renal denervation and peripheral procedures.
- Supports marketing and clinical department with clinical knowledge.
- Support market, and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive,
- complete and timely fashion to increase market share.
- Report customer complaints.
- Carries out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner (i.e., inventory management).
- Reports to Benelux front line manager
- Attends all required regional, national, and international meetings.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a degree in Bioengineer, Physics or Nursing.
- At least 3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally over 10% of the time.
- Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses and hospital technicians.
- Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers/subordinates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in OR/Cath lab environment as a healthcare professional.
- Experience in a Sales role in the Medical device industry is a plus.
- Clean driving license
- You are result-oriented, found of continuous learning and
- High attention to detail and accuracy
