Electrolux is op zoek naar een communicatieve **IT Service Specialist** voor onze Belgische organisatie. Wij zijn gevestigd in Brussel. Als IT Service Specialist ben je werkzaam op een veelzijdige locatie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-gerelateerde vraagstukken. Je ondersteunt collega’s op kantoor met werkplekbeheer, je coordineert de IT-voorraad, je kent alle lokale applicaties en je treedt op als vraagbaak. Je bent geen systeembeheerder of service desk, daarvoor hebben we een centrale organisatie gevestigd in Polen.
Je werkt in een klein team met een collega in Belgie, een tweetal collega’s in Nederland en je rapporteert aan de IT Business Partner Benelux. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de IT delivery manager op onze locatie in Brussel. Als team zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de lokale IT roadmap, de lokale implementatie van grootschalige internationale projecten en dragen jullie zorg voor de algehele IT ervaring voor alle gebruikers.
Als IT Service Specialist zijn veel van de werkzaamheden locatie gebonden, je werkt dan ook in de basis vanuit onze locatie in Brussel, wel is er flexibiliteit om ook vanuit huis te kunnen werken. Electrolux is een internationaal bedrijf en je werkt samen met internationale collega’s op het hoofdkantoor in Stockholm en ook met internationale partners. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je naast Nederlands, ook Frans en Engels spreekt en schrijft.
Je beschikt over:
- Een van nature open, serviceverlenend en enthousiast karakter met een passie voor Tech,
- Kennis in en van IT; Windows OS, applicatiebeheer, Office365, IT-accessoires, en werkplekbeheer,
- Ervaring in gebruikerondersteuning,
- Een IT (gerelateerde) opleiding en/of de juiste voorgaande werkervaring,
- Optioneel: basiskennis van, en/of interesse in; Microsoft Azure, Serverbeheer, Active Directory, Audio/Video, IT-infra (netwerk/telefonie).

- Communicatief vaardig, enthousiast, servicegericht, adaptief en in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen.
