The Senior Manager, Strategic Programs will be responsible for managing the program management team and leading strategic programs. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of programs, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement. The programs managed by the Senior Manager, Strategic Programs will be diverse in nature, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to digital transformation programs and major software implementation tracks.

**Where you'll have an impact**:

- Manage the program management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of programs
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and priorities
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
- Identify and manage program risks, developing mitigation plans as needed
- Monitor program performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, including managing dependencies and resolving conflicts
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve program delivery
- Ensure compliance with program management methodologies, standards, and best practices

**Who you are**:

- 8+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs
- Prior experience in a consulting role and IT implementation is preferred
- Experience managing teams, including direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, any other language used within our company network is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze financial data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrating operational excellence, seamless information integration, an open-minded attitude, proficient counselling capabilities, and facilitating to enable the team.
