Objective:
At ALD Automotive / LeasePlan we aim to be ahead of the curve by being smarter with our insight and actions. It is more important than ever to be able to turn data to information, information to insight and insight to actions.
Additionally, it is key to continuously monitor our Preferred Network to ensure they provide the best value for money and the best quality.
Your responsabilities:
- Conduct supplier network analysis
- Monitor Labor & Spare Parts cost
- Interpret KPI & operational dashboards : conduct operational analysis, understand positive or negative trends in order to focus on continuous improvement
- Turn data into insights and insights to actions
- Ensure that a supplier performance measurement process is in place to follow up on the Service Level Agreements
- Prepare business review meetings with preferred network to evaluate their performance
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset
- Data analysis experience
- Knowledge on data intelligence systems (PowerBi, Cognos,) and statistical methods
- Challenger and question thinking mindset
- Pragmatic can-do mentality with focus on action
- Solid understanding of the SMR & Tyres domain
- Ability to set priorities
