Quality and After Sales Coordinator

The
**Quality and After Sales Coordinator **(H/F/X) contributes to build long-term relationships with Key Accounts throughout Europe (but mainly situated in Flanders), with workshops, inspectors, in-house teams and factories.
As
**Quality and After Sales Coordinator **(specialized in motors and drives), you will be responsible for:
- Answering technical requests, analyzing and writing technical and quality reports, editing offers for fixing and compliance;
- Carrying out occasional field visits for following up technical issues, warranty requests and general services;
- All the administrative follow up related to your position.
The ideal
**Quality and After Sales Coordinator **recognizes himself in this profile:
- You have a Master or a Bachelor in Electricity / Electro-mechanics / Mechanics or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO,...) and Quality Tools (FMEA);
- Knowledge of motors and/or frequency drives is a must;
- You can build a network of people in different activities and functions;
- You are independent and excited with strong communication and organization skills;
- You have a good knowledge of English and French. Dutch is a plus;
- You have a good knowledge of the Office tools.
