**Wie zoeken wij?**
De Back Office Medewerker werkt mee aan het vlot, accuraat en efficiënt laten verlopen van de administratieve taken om leveranciersfacturen te boeken en te factureren aan klanten.
**Wat zijn je taken?**
- Het gaat hoofdzakelijk over een variatie van algemene administratieve taken om kosten te boeken en facturen aan klanten te maken.
- Je kijkt de facturen van leveranciers nauwkeurig na op correctheid en volgt de goedkeuringen op.
- Je doet de voorbereiding van de facturatie en volgt op dat er snel, correct en volledig gefactureerd wordt.
- Je behandelt de eventuele vragen of klachten m.b.t. onze facturen.
- Je plant daarbij je werk op zo een manier dat dankzij juiste prioriteiten de kosten tijdig geboekt zijn, facturatiecycli optimaal gevuld worden en betwistingen binnen beperkte tijd opgelost worden. Vermits we ook deels thuiswerken is zelfstandig plannen belangrijk.
- Je stelt processen in vraag en stelt actief verbetervoorstellen voor m.b.t. optimalisatie van onze werking.
- Naast de samenwerking binnen ons OtC Team, werk je voornamelijk samen met de departementen Customer Care en Finance.
- In het algemeen kan je betrokken worden bij het maken van rapporten, analyses en projecten.
**Wat is jouw profiel?**
- Je bent een nauwkeurige, administratieve duizendpoot.
- Je hebt aandacht voor details en merkt fouten op waar anderen al eens overkijken.
- Je werkt graag gefocust achter een PC, dit niet om in één of ander game een wereld te veroveren maar om onze kosten correct te boeken en klanten een topservice te geven voor de facturatie en de betwistingen.
- Je hebt een affiniteit met cijfers die veel verder reikt dan wat de uitslag van de Lotto is.
- Je houdt van de analytische kant van het werk en graaft door tot je de oorzaak van problemen kan vinden en oplossen. Bij repetitieve problemen geniet je van het vinden van structurele oplossingen.
- Je bent helder, constructief en commercieel in je communicatie en maakt met eenvoudige bewoordingen veel duidelijk. En humor is ook toegestaan J.
- Idealiter doe je dit in de twee landstalen (NL/FR) en het Engels. Kennis van andere talen is zeker welkom.
- Je werkt graag alleen maar geniet evenzeer van het betrekken van andere uit ons Team en de rest van ons bedrijf. Tegelijkertijd is anderen helpen vanzelfsprekend voor jou.
- Je hebt een basiskennis van boekhouden.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de logistieke sector. Kennis van de sector is een troef.
- Je bent gestructureerd maar tegelijkertijd ook flexibel.
