The primary function of this position is to ensure that financial records and reports are accurate and complete, but also perform occasional administrative tasks.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank balances and credit card expenses.
- Assist with invoicing.
- Manage the accounts payable process.
- Manage the collection process.
- Monitor budgets and generate reports.
- Provide financial support to the regional team, including monthly closing and cash flow reports.
- Procure supplies.
- Manage calendars and schedules.
- Perform other occasional administrative tasks.

**Job Type**: Permanent contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 2600 Antwerpen
