**Functie**:
Als **field marketeer** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **afstemmen van de marketingstrategie op lokaal niveau** en het **plannen en coördineren** van de **lokale marketingactiviteiten** in België, Nederland en Duitsland. Binnen het grote marketingteam van 11 personen rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Marketing Manager.

Concreet sta je in voor het volgende takenpakket:

- Samen met een andere marketeer, marketing assistant en visual merchandiser sta je in voor de **uitwerking van de offline strategie**;
- De bovengenoemde collega's kunnen ook op jou rekenen voor **coaching**;
- Actief **bezoeken** van het **dealerlandschap** en **samenwerken** **met dealers** om onze klant beter in de schijnwerpers te zetten;
- De opportuniteiten giet je in een **actief jaarplan** met focus op visual merchandising, promotieacties, sponsoring en evenementen;
- Ook op winkelniveau bekijk je de mogelijkheden en stel je een **gerichte planning en briefing **op** voor visual merchandising**;
- Samen met de Product Manager ga je **kansen identificeren** om **nieuwe producten extra te promoten** op winkelniveau;
- Je stelt een **uitgebreid promoplan** op en voert dit uit in samenwerking met de afdeling sales, waarna je ook de resultaten opvolgt;
- Bedenken van **gerichte lanceringsacties** voor nieuwe producten samen met de Product Manager;
- Je **stuurt** de **marketeer aan** bij het organiseren van beurzen, infodagen en evenementen op basis van de jaarplanning;
- Behartigen van **grote sponsordossiers** en zorgen voor een succesvolle uitvoering.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **field marketeer** verwacht onze klant dat je aan volgende verwachtingen voldoet:

- Je bouwde reeds een** eerste relevante werkervaring** op waarbij je kennis hebt opgedaan in het **plannen en coördineren** van lokale **marketingactiviteiten**;
- ** Flexibiliteit** en **aanpassingsvermogen** zijn waarden die jou omschrijven aangezien je in staat moet zijn om te werken in een bedrijf in volle expansie en je goed moet kunnen omgaan met snelle veranderingen;
- ** Werken** in een **groot team** geeft je energie. Je bent in staat om nauw samen te werken met de salesafdeling en fungeert als een **brug tussen sales en marketing**;
- Je bent **bekend met** verschillende** offline marketingtools** en kunt deze op een effectieve manier gebruiken om de marketingstrategie te ondersteunen;
- ** Verantwoordelijkheid** opnemen over je taken is geen probleem en bovendien kan je **zelfstandig** **projecten** **beheren** en **uitvoeren**;
- Naast een uitstekende kennis van het **Nederlands**, beschik je over sterke vaardigheden in het **Engels**;
- Heb je kennis van het Duits en Frans? Dan is dat een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een echte **hands-on-mentaliteit** en bent een **doorzetter** die graag **out-of-the-box** denkt om innovatieve marketingoplossingen te vinden.
