**Doelstelling**:
Om het departement Asset Management te versterken, zijn we voor de afdeling Building & Facilities op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager Fire Safety (M/V/X).

De Senior Project Manager leidt de uitvoering van brandveiligheid projecten op de luchthaven in goede banen. Hij zorgt ervoor dat de scope beantwoordt aan de compliance eisen en dat er een duidelijke opvolging van budget en planning is.
In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Head of Building & Facilities.

**Voornaamste taken**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coaching, aansturing, begeleiding en opvolging van de praktische voorbereiding en uitvoering van de werken, voor zichzelf en voor het team om het jaarlijks vooropgestelde resultaat te bereiken. Dit zowel in de scope, studie als uitvoeringsfase
- Je zorgt voor gestructureerd rapporteren aan jouw N+1, Project Core Team en Project Steerco over de vooruitgang aan de hand van zowel bestaande als te ontwikkelen templates
- Je werkt nauw samen en stemt met andere diensten af waar nodig (bijvoorbeeld: FSO Fire Safety Office, H&S Health & Safety, FES Fire & Emergency Services,...)
- In overleg met de Stakeholders (o.a. Het BAC Fire Safety Office) vertaal je op basis van compliance, risico en prioriteiten een strategie voor lange en korte termijn, inclusief de nodige budgetten (jaarplanning en investeringsbudget) om dit te realiseren
- Je stelt op, beheert en rapporteert over budget voor de projecten
- Je stuurt een team van Project Managers, Architecten en Project & Maintenance Officers aan
- Je levert analyse van de wetgeving en de rapporten die aan de bron liggen van de inbreuken die geremedieerd kunnen worden, ten einde de scope/het concept van de werken duidelijk te krijgen.

**Profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een Master-diploma (ingenieur) Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt 10 jaar relevante ervaring waarvan 5 jaar ook in een people management functie
- Je hebt een bewezen ervaring met prioriteren in complexe omgevingen, management rapportering, communicatie, cross-departementale mechanismen, procesverbetering
- Je beschikt over ervaring met brand beveiligingstechnieken
- Kennis van de luchthaven, de dagdagelijkse operaties en de bestaande procedures is een pluspunt
- Ervaring met structurele bouwwerken, uitgebreide renovaties en binnen afwerking is vereist
- Expertise in gebouwentechnieken en materiaalkennis en constante opvolging van de nieuwe trends is nodig
- Je hebt kennis van de MS Office incl. MS Project
- Je hebt proven trackrecord op gebied van project
- en people management
- Je weet diverse stakeholders te leiden tot een gezamenlijk resultaat door je leiderschapsstijl en je bewezen onderhandelingscapaciteiten
- Je bent beschikt over een ruime analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden
- Je bent communicatief sterk en stressbestendig
- Je bent flexibel en je kan planmatig en georganiseerd werken
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en spreekt vloeiend Engels.
