Deliver is part of the J&J Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization. Our purpose: Provide Deliver services that make it easy to do business with Johnson & Johnson and enhance the customer experience while ensuring a safe and secure Supply Chain.
There is a vacancy in the Deliver EMEA Finance department. The supported business areas include Transportation, DC Beerse, EDN and Customer Service.
**What you’ll do.**
Your responsibilities:
- Daily financial support and business partnering for all areas within Deliver EMEA
- Partnership with various groups within IMPO to ensure compliant closing process
- Analysis, review and consolidation of monthly and quarterly results: preparation and review of budget versus actual analyses (for investments, departmental expenses and headcount).
- Identification, calculation, and support for Cost Improvement & Investment Projects
- Financial tracking and forecasting for major projects including regular reviews with senior management
- Driving the Business Plan & Update Process for the supported areas including preparation of templates, organizing/running reviews, consolidation of input, U.S. reporting etc.
- Support the SigniFi program by adapting and validating the technology implementation and setting the business up for success
The role is actively working with other finance groups such as IMSC Finance, IMPO Finance, FP&A Finance, Global/EMEA Deliver Finance, and EMEA Commercial Finance.

**To be successful, you demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a matrix business locally and regionally/globally. You have a demonstrable history of developing strong business partnerships and successful collaboration. Further requirements include:
**Education**:
- Master’s degree (preferably in economics or finance) with a minimum of 3-5 years experience
**Experience and Skills**:
- Self-steered, independent working style is required
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- High Interest in understanding logístical processes & challenges
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & willing to influence your non-finance business partners
- Confidence to work with senior finance and business leadership
- Positive, curious and continuous improvement mind set with can-do attitude
- Open to work in a growing, changing organization
- Fluency in English is required
