About the Company - We are seeking candidates for the role of Senior Financial Controller for a highly entrepreneurial international group operating in life sciences. The company has affiliates in over 20 countries, generating over $750m in annual revenues and is growing at a rapid rate.
About the Role - This newly created position is responsible for the following aspects:
- Monthly, quarterly, annual IFRS reporting, ensuring compliance to Group policy.
- Co-ordinating statutory reporting and liaison with external auditors.
- All Financial planning & analysis cycles for the group, including performance management.
- Long-range and strategic planning in collaboration with the Senior leadership team.
- Lead a team of 5.
Responsibilities - We are seeking candidates with a Masters degree who ideally trained in the Big Four and subsequently joined an international company in the global or regional role. Candidates will have gained experience in all the topics listed above, and it is essential to have several years experience in a team leadership role.
