Ben jij een ervaren Financial Controller op zoek naar de ultieme volgende stap in je carrière? Dit toonaangevende energiebedrijf, met een omzet van meer dan 1 miljard euro, zoekt een Financial Controller die de financiële afdeling komt versterken en een Junior Financial Controller begeleidt. Dit is jouw kans om in een internationale, innovatieve omgeving te werken, waar je impact hebt op strategische beslissingen en bedrijfsprocessen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages, budgetten en forecasts.
- Je ondersteunt en coacht een Junior Financial Controller, zodat hij/zij zich kan ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige professional.
- Je beoordeelt financiële processen en identificeert mogelijkheden tot optimalisatie.
- Je neemt deel aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met het management om heldere inzichten en adviezen te bieden.
- Je denkt proactief mee over strategische beslissingen en zorgt voor een continue verbetering van de financiële structuur.
- Je beschikt over minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring als Controller bij een multinational, of als auditor bij een van de Big 10-kantoren.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische richting (bv. handelswetenschappen, TEW, accountancy of finance).
- Je bent analytisch, accuraat en hanteert een kritische blik om de bedrijfsvoering financieel te onderbouwen.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent IT-minded en kunt goed overweg met ERP-systemen en Excel.
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4000 en €4500, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- 13e maand en vakantiegeld voor extra financiële zekerheid.
- Een moderne firmawagen met ongelimiteerde tankkaart/laadpas om zorgeloos op weg te zijn.
- Een uitstekende hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering voor jouw gemoedsrust.
- Maaltijdcheques en een extra onkostenvergoeding tot €250 per maand, zodat je nettoloon mooi aangevuld wordt.
- Laptop en GSM om altijd en overal productief te zijn.
- Een vast contract van 40u/week, met 20 wettelijke verlofdagen + 12 ADV-dagen voor een optimale balans tussen werk en privé.
- Glijdende werkuren en 1 dag telewerk per week, om jouw werk-privébalans nog beter af te stemmen op jouw leven.
