**You are ideally located in Flanders** as 80% of your time will be covering cases in the operating theater in this region - particularly in the area of Brussels, Vlaams-Brabant and Antwerp. Once a week, on average, you will also provide support to some accounts located in Wallonia.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you will provide clinical support to medical professionals (surgeons, nurses, etc.) in the operating room during surgical Foot & Ankle procedures.
- You will also advise and train medical professionals on product use and surgical technique during demonstrations/workshops.
- You will collaborate with Sales Representatives to highlight clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key surgeons, residents, etc. - towards maintaining and developing our customer base.
- With your excellent communication skills, you will ensure customers are up-to-date on new developments related to the portfolio, to Stryker services, on educational programs, etc.
- You will act as a reliable, trustworthy partner for every contact point inside the hospital such as, for example, during order follow-up: to ensure a timely delivery date and thus customer satisfaction.
- You will participate in seminars, congresses, business meetings to expand your knowledge and customer contact.
- Additional activities include obtaining purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, reporting to the Sales Manager and assisting the Sales team towards the growth our Foot & Ankle business.

**What are we looking for?**
- You already have gained clinical support experience by working as a nurse, surgical assistant, etc. **Or**, you hold a degree in areas such as physiotherapy, podiatry, healthcare, biomechanics or similar.
- You are fluent in **Dutch**. You are also able to communicate in **French **and** English **at least at an** intermediate level **(minimum B2)**.
- You hold a valid driver’s license as this is a field-based position with regular customer visits.
