**General mission**
You will assist the QA Department for the follow-up of the Quality Assurance System and/or Product to guarantee the compliance with IBA certifications and Quality agreements.
**Challenges we will trust with**:
- Monitor process/product progress measurement (KPIs) and alert on deviations and non-conformities
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality management system. Verify the correct implementation and compliance with Quality regulatory requirements
- Ensure follow up the Quality Management System (Quality documentation, Indicators, Complaints, Corrective/Preventive actions, Trainings, Deviations, Change control, non-conformities, recommendations for improvement)
- Draft and review quality assurance procedures
- Coordinate, organize logistics and support on-site audits conducted by external providers. Evaluate audit findings and follow up implementation of appropriate corrective actions
- Review the change control system to ensure continuous compliance of the Quality Management System
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Quality contact point for PT/RPS/INDUS related to QMS matters
**You have**:
- Bachelor degree
- High level computer literacy; including MS Office, SharePoint, Flowcharting software, Acrobat, etc.
- Excellent level of oral & written communication skills enabling to act as a facilitator.
- Experience in administrative position ideally in a Quality Department
- Proficient English

- Adaptable and willing to take on multiple new tasks and responsibilities
- Independent collaborative self-starter with the ability to make appropriate quality-related decisions in real time
- Process orientated, Logical, analytical, meticulous, highly organized and able to analyze data & implement solutions
