**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Business Development Manager in Arrow EMEA team will be responsible for working both with Arrow's internal country teams and with the vendor to drive our joint business. You enjoy coming up with new, creative ideas to support our growth and working together with teams in different countries across Europe to turn those ideas into reality.

The primary outcome is to drive new initiatives across the region and ensure consistency of Arrow's message. You will be required to define both internal and external stakeholders' needs and execute against a commonly built plan to develop and grow the business. The role will involve relationship management and development across both our country teams, their key customers, and vendor counterparts to ensure trust and mutual execution of business purposes.

**What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?**
- You will be working with Arrow country vendor teams, to identify the key initiatives and tactics to grow the joint business as well as share best practice across the region.
- You will with the teams to ensure they have all the tools and knowledge necessary to support their local ecosystem
- Execute successful business plans with your counterparts, with special focus on distribution managed and mid market partners.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships within the vendor and within the channel customer base.
- Identify new ways of enabling and activating the channel and engage accordingly to drive incremental sales.
- Work closely with our marketing team(s) to drive activity around campaigns and projects to target specific go to market messaging.
- Regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities in your, providing intel for both short and long term deals.
- Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
- Own channel enablement activities that span across the region and provide regular sales training either face to face or via webinar and facilitating the delivery of technical training.
- Gain a high level profile and trust within the
- Strong focus on distribution managed partners and work closely with the vendor and the country teams to develop those accounts
