Jouw bestemming?
Om ons departement Strategy te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar naar een Domain Manager Airfield, Landside & Cargo.
Jouw vluchtinstructies
Als Domain Manager maak je deel uit van ons team Project Management Office. Samen met zo’n 20-tal collega’s, onderverdeeld in 6 projectdomeinen, werk je mee aan complexe en transversale projecten binnen onze luchthaven.
- Als Domain Manager van het domein Airfield, Landside & Cargo sta je in voor diverse programma’s en projecten.
- Je tekent de lijnen van de programma’s uit en je zorgt voor de nodige volledigheid en samenhang. Je brengt al de projecten samen in een domein portfolio voor de komende jaren. Je coördineert de programmaprojecten en alle gerelateerde aspecten, zoals de risico’s en issues.
- Je coacht en motiveert een team van (senior) projectmanagers binnen je domein. Samen met hen werk je naar de implementatie toe van het vooropgestelde projectportfolio binnen jouw domein.
- Je stelt de noodzakelijke richtlijnen en principes binnen je domein op, zodat de projectteams consistent en zelfstandig beslissingen kunnen nemen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algehele programmamonitoring (planning, budget, scoping, quality management).
- Je draagt de standaardmethodologie voor projectmanagement uit binnen Brussels Airport.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatige contacten met klanten, om meer inzicht te verwerven in hun behoeften en verwachtingen.
Jouw paspoort
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma
- Je hebt minstens tien jaar ervaring in programma
- en projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in transversale developmentprogramma’s.
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van programma’s in een complexe omgeving
- Je bent een excellente communicator en baant jezelf moeiteloos een weg tussen alle doelgroepen en stakeholders.
- Je bent een sterke leider met bewezen ervaring in het doeltreffend managen en enthousiasmeren van teams en stakeholders. Overtuiging en visie uitdragen zijn jouw sterke punten.
- Je hebt strategisch inzicht en je stippelt graag een richting uit. Je hebt ervaring in het uitzetten van doelstellingen en scopes voor programma’s en projecten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de PMI-methodologie voor projectmanagement (of gelijkwaardig).
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring met het stellen van prioriteiten in complexe omgevingen, managementrapportering en procesverbetering.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels uitstekend.
- Je hebt “goesting” om samen met ons te werken aan de realisatie van onze strategie.
