- En tant qu’ambassadeur de la nouvelle marque Eurostar, vous accueillez, informez et veillez au confort des clients à bord des trains et dans les gares avec bienveillance et le sourire

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als Eurostar Train Manager?
- Als ambassadeur van het nieuwe Eurostarmerk verwelkom, informeer en garandeer je het comfort van klanten aan boord van treinen en in stations, met een glimlach en een vriendelijke benadering.
- Je belichaamt de "Welcome to Eurostar"-filosofie om een hoge klantentevredenheid en loyaliteit te garanderen.
- Je garandeert de veiligheid van de passagiers en het vlotte verloop van de nieuwe treinen van de Eurostar-groep.
- Je reageert snel en volgens de procedures op elke situatie aan boord van de trein en in het station.
- Je draagt bij tot de stiptheid en regelmaat van onze treinen om de door het bedrijf vooropgestelde doelstellingen inzake regelmaat te halen en zo te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten.
- Je draagt bij tot het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen van het bedrijf.

What are your responsibilities as a Eurostar Train Manager?
- As an ambassador for the new Eurostar brand, you will welcome, inform and ensure the comfort of customers on board trains and in stations, with a smile and a kind approach.
- You embody the "Welcome to Eurostar" philosophy to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You guarantee passenger safety and the smooth running of the new Eurostar group's trains.
- You react quickly and according to procedures to any situation on board the train and in the station.
- You contribute to the punctuality and regularity of our trains in order to meet the regularity targets set by the company and thus satisfy the expectations of our customers.
- You contribute to achieving the company's commercial objectives.
- You report malfunctions and findings in the field with a view to improving service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Vous êtes fort/e d'une expérience dans le domaine commercial, en particulier en relation clients
- Vous maîtrisez le Français et le Néerlandais et avez un niveau min. B1 en Anglais. La connaissance de l’Allemand est un atout.
- Vous avez un sens développé du service client
- Vous pouvez faire face à des situations perturbées et à des situations conflictuelles
- Vous êtes capable travailler en équipe mais aussi de manière autonome
- Vous avez le sens de l’anticipation et vous pouvez prendre des décisions rapidement- Je hebt ervaring in de verkoop, met name in klantenrelaties
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands en hebt een min. B1 in het Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt
- Je bent in staat om te gaan met verstorende en conflictueuze situaties
- Je kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt een vooruitziende blik en kan snel beslissingen nemen
- Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor klantenservice- You have experience in sales, particularly in customer services
