- Verder beschik je over: _
- een diploma in een financieel/economische richting;
- ervaring binnen audit en/of consolidatieboekhouding;
- een grondige kennis van BGAAP en IFRS;
- een zeer goede kennis Engels.
Wat doe je als Finance Manager?
Als Finance Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO en coördineer je het accounting team van 5 gemotiveerde collega's (GL, AR, AP, credit collection en billing). Jouw focus ligt op het managen en coachen van dit team en op **financial controlling **.
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige en accurate registratie en boeking van de winst
- en verliesrekeningen en de aansluitingen van de balansrekeningen;
- Je beheert en stuurt het month-end close proces van de verschillende dochterondernemingen aan, inclusief de consolidatie van de verschillende juridische entiteiten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de statutaire rapportering in elk van de entiteiten over de hele wereld;
- Je beheert - samen met externe belastingadviseurs - de intercompany en transfer pricing transacties;
- Je bewaakt het werkkapitaal en bijbehorende cashflowbeheer.
Daarnaast, ontwikkel je een sterke business partnering mindset waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen. Je focus zal ook sterk liggen op het uitwerken, opzetten en implementeren van optimalisaties om de financiële afdeling performanter te krijgen.
