**Fonction**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Drive development efforts by implementing new features, resolving bugs, and providing third-line support.
- Build, deploy, and maintain pipelines to streamline our development process.
- Mentor and coach a team of developers, guiding them to excellence in their day-to-day activities.
- Define development standards and best practices, continuously improving the technical skills of the team.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and consistent, providing technical guidance and governance.

Lead peer reviews and contribute to release documentation consolidation.

**Profil**:
**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Strong technical skills in JAVA, including frameworks/systems like Spring, Maven, and Hibernate.
- Experience with web services or microservices design.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent command of English, with proficiency in French or Dutch preferred.
- Out-of-the-box thinking, fast self-learning skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
