There is an exciting opportunity for a new position of
**Project Assistant** in the growing TfS team The position is Brussels-based and starts from
**April 1, 2023**.
**Job description**:
- Office management and administration to ensure smooth flow of the TfS processes
- Reviewing TfS Audit reports to ensure conformity with TfS requirements, as part of the TfS Audit Program
- Manage invites and logistics of regular TfS Steering Committee meetings and TfS Annual General Assemblies
- Continuous update of contact lists for newsletters and webinar invitations
- Continuous TfS website updates and updates of communication materials
- SharePoint administration (e.g. manage users, upload documents etc.)
- Support TfS team with planning of meetings and events, as well as making travel arrangements
- Support with financial tasks (e.g. payments, expense claims and members' invoicing)
- Manage document flow management and archiving
- Support with other ad hoc tasks and projects as required
**Required experience and education**
- Masters’ degree in a related field
- 1-3 years experience in office administration, preferably in a membership association
- Fluency in English
- Confident command of MS Office (in particular advanced proficiency in Excel)
**Additional experience and education considered a plus**
- Knowledge of German and/or French considered a plus
- Experience with databases/software systems is considered a plus
- Experience with audits is considered a plus
- Writing and editing skills or experience in communication is considered a plus
- An energetic person with a hands-on approach
- Task-oriented with attention to detail
- Team player with cooperative spirit, willing to contribute to the teams’ and TfS overall success
- Strong interest in sustainability
- Ability to work in a small core team and in diverse virtual teams with people across organizational boundaries and across several countries/regions
- The right to work in Belgium (incl. local residency)
- Work for a purpose in a small, dedicated team with a cooperative spirit
- Work with contributors from globally leading companies with high ambitions on sustainability
- Employment contract under Belgian law
- Ideally full-time work, part-time employment is an option
- Laptop, mobile phone, meal vouchers, public transport reimbursement
