**Accounting Data Entry Operator** - (**FTC - 12 months)**
**Location**:Brussels
**Overview**:
As an accounting Data Entry Operator, based in our Brussels office, you will form part of a dynamic team of professionals that drive our business. You will be part of the Claims team, and your main job purpose will be to guarantee an accurate and quick payment to each client.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Filling an internal excel file with the relevant payments’ details (amounts and codes);
- Booking with high accuracy these details first into our system Genius and afterwards into our system SharePoint.
**Skills and Experience Specification**:
- Experience in data entry (minimum 2 years)
- Accurate and meticulous approach
- Ability of staying focus for hours on a repetitive task with a lot of exceptions and details to assess
- Fluent in English
- Keen on figures and deep knowledge of Excel
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive and Calm attitude
- Respect of the deadline due to the schedule of the accounting period
- Knowledge of Genius or Sharepoint is an asset
