Software Consultant Workforce Management
Binnen ons team van Contracts and Technical Services zoeken we voor een uitdagende rol een ervaren en gepassioneerde Software Consultant die graag onze klanten adviseert.
Wat ga je doen?- Als Software Consultant ben jij dé expert in het implementeren en configureren van onze softwareoplossing voor workforce management.- Je ondersteunt nationale en internationale projecten in verschillende sectoren, zoals retail, ziekenhuizen, de publieke sector en de luchtvaart.- Bij je verantwoordelijkheden horen analyse, conceptueel ontwerp en modellering van klantvereisten en hun documentatie. Daarnaast verzorg je trainingen en deel je best practices met klanten.- Jij bent een team player pur sang, werkt nauw samen met sales, operations en support en Consultative Selling is jouw middle name.- Samen met projectleiders en hardware consultants vorm je een dream team, waarbij jij hen technisch ondersteunt.- Innovatie staat centraal. Je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen en inspireert anderen met jouw kennis en nieuwsgierigheid.- Terwijl je werkzaam bent in een nationaal team, werk je nauw samen met internationale collega's om jouw skills en ervaring naar een volgend niveau te tillen.
Wat heb je nodig?- Een diploma op graduaats-, bachelor
- of masterniveau en affiniteit met IT.- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in consultancy, bij voorkeur heb je al je eerste projecten zelfstandig gemanaged.- Ervaring in een HR-omgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.- Een passie voor communicatie, samenwerken, klantgerichtheid en feedback geven aan de organisatie om samen verder te kunnen groeien.- Inzicht in operationele processen en organisatiestructuren.- Resultaatgericht werken is jouw tweede natuur en je inspireert anderen met je positieve drive.- Met een analytische mindset en een probleemoplossende attitude ga je altijd voor goud.- Overtuigende en efficiënte schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Frans en het Nederlands is voor jou geen probleem. Engels is jou zeker niet vreemd.
