In België is **Robert Half** ook al 30 jaar een toonaangevende speler in de dienstverlening naar bedrijven en werkzoekenden betreffende gespecialiseerde rekrutering.

Wij zijn vertegenwoordigd in heel België met work hubs in 10 locaties, zowel in Vlaanderen, Brussel als Wallonië. Met ons team van ongeveer een 300-tal werknemers bieden wij op de markt verschillende rekruteringsoplossingen aan namelijk Uitzendarbeid, Interim Management, Permanente rekrutering en Executive Search.

Aan deze oplossingen voegen wij nu een nieuwe complementaire dienstverlening toe, namelijk **Project Sourcing**. Project Sourcing is het laatste deeltje van de puzzel om een volledige waaier aan financiële staffing solutions te kunnen aanbieden zowel aan onze kandidaten als onze klanten.

Je komt terecht in een compleet nieuw team van Project consultants in een omgeving waar de ambitie om als team te groeien in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en technische vaardigheden centraal staan. Je werkt mee aan het uitbouwen van onze gloednieuwe dienstverlenging en je kan deel uitmaken van onze pioneersclub

**Jouw kans**
- Je komt terecht in een compleet nieuw team waar je versneld ervaring kan opdoen in verschillende sectoren en in uiteenlopende opdrachten op het gebied van Controlling.
- Je wordt ingezet op verschillende soorten opdrachten binnen Controlling voor verschillende industrieën en type organisaties (KMO, multinationals,...)
- Je zet jouw expertise en skillset in binnen een projectgerichte context en kan tegelijkertijd jouw eigen vaardigheden en talenten verder ontwikkelen.
- Je wordt tijdens jouw opdrachten opgevolgd door Business Managers van Robert Half Project Sourcing waar je terecht kan met jouw vragen.
- Je hebt een Care Manager ter beschikking om je carrièredoelen, opleidings
- en ontwikkelingsbehoeften.
- Je bent het klankbord om verder te bouwen aan de employer branding, de teamidentiteit, de trainingsbehoeftes enz.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een Master diploma in de Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur of gelijkaardig,
- Je hebt ervaring in operational controlling, bij voorkeur business controlling, reporting, FP&A, reporting, FP&A of in audit-, consulting
- en adviesorganisaties,
- Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen en/of BI-systemen,
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt,
- Je werkt autonoom en bent leergierig,
- Je bent klantgericht en je denkt mee met de klant voor optimalisaties en efficiëntie,
- Je bent een goede communicator,
- Je past je gemakkelijk aan in nieuwe omgevingen.
