**Introduction**:

Notre client, IKEA, fait appel à ISS pour une grande partie de ses services généraux, et avec votre équipe de 15 personnes, nous sommes responsables de toutes les activités de nettoyage ainsi que de la coordination technique des réparations et de l'entretien (HVAC, sprinklers, électricité, sécurité, portes, sanitaires, etc.).

**Fonction**:

- Créer une structure dans les méthodes de travail, la communication et les rapports.
- Agir en tant que personne de contact pour les différents partenaires avec lesquels nous collaborons.
- Être le point de contact pour le client et être responsable des décisions finales.
- Être responsable du reporting mensuel, tant en interne qu'en externe.
- Encadrer et guider une équipe de 15 personnes.
- Animer des réunions structurelles avec des partenaires (techniques) pour évaluer et optimiser la collaboration.
- Maintenir une vue d'ensemble des différents travaux à effectuer et des demandes.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez une excellente capacité à établir des relations avec divers partenaires, collègues et fournisseurs.
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress, assertif(ve) et diplomate.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance d'Excel et de Word.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
- Vous avez de l'intérêt pour les services généraux, une affinité technique et une mentalité pratique.
