Service Coordinator

In deze firma ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers en klanten. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden in de Service afdeling.
- Je leidt nieuwe projecten.
- Je staat in nauw contact met de technieker die instaat voor herstellingen en onderhoudswerken.
- Je plant interventies in, dit zijn voornamelijk onderhoudswerken of het oplossen van storingen. Je volgt de administratieve afhandeling hiervan correct op en houdt ook contact met de verschillende partijen zodat iedereen op de hoogte is van de vooruitgang van de werken en de eventuele volgende stappen. Je bent hiervoor regelmatig op de baan en bezoekt de verschillende sites in België.
- Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de types systemen en volgt de nieuwe trends om nieuwe tools te introduceren in het bedrijf.
- Je volgt regelmatig opleidingen om up-to-date te blijven.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens een relevante werkervaring, namelijk een ervaring als service of project coordinator of gelijkwaardig.
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands, goed Frans en Engels.
- Technische achtergrond is een plus.
- Je werkt graag oplossings
- en klantgericht.- Je staat communicatief sterk in de schoenen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
