**Functie**: Voor onze klant in Zaventem zijn we op zoek naar een Service Coordinator. Dit bedrijf is een technologieleider die de digitale transformatie van industrieën aanstuurt. Voortbouwend op een tradietie van maar dan 130 jaar innovatie vervullen ze vandaag de dag een leidende rol voor digitale industrieën met vier klantgerichte wereldwijde businesses: Electrification, Proces Automation, Motion en Robotics. De leidende rol op digitaal terrein is gefundeerd op het gemeenschappelijke digitale platform. Ze hebben vestigingen in meer dan 100 landen, in totaal werken er ongeveer mensen.

Je neemt de volgende taken voor je rekening:

- Planning van de onderhoudsinterventies van de Service Engineers met onze klanten inclusief de logistieke stroom.
- Het geven van werkbeschrijvingen aan ingenieurs voor de uitvoering van diensten en het opstellen van veiligheidsplannen waar nodig volgens ISO, VCA-normen.
- Opvolging van alle lopende projecten om een effectieve projectlevering te waarborgen.
- Alle vereiste rapportage en documentatie beheren en toezien op de tijdige registratie van de nodige gegevens in het systeem.
- Rapporteren en de nodige actie ondernemen richting onze klanten en verkoopteam op basis van onderhoudsrapportage.
- Identificeren van belangrijke verbeteringsmogelijkheden in producten, diensten en processen, verspreiden van de bevindingen.

**Profiel**:

- Can-do mentaliteit, met een collaboratieve, oplossingsgerichte aanpak en sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.
- Bewezen organisatietalent met oog voor details.
- Stressbestendig, blijft rustig op piekmomenten en stelt overtuigend de juiste prioriteiten.
- Ervaringen met technische dienstverlening is een sterk pluspunt, maar geen must.
- De bereidheid om zowel je planningsvaardigheden als je technische affiniteit te ontwikkelen is essentieel.
- Zelfmotivatie, nieuwsgierigheid en een verlangen om te leren over innovatieve technologieën.
- Beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met een sterke klantgerichtheid.
- Bekwaamheid met Microsoft office, SAP is een pluspunt.
